Refund and Replacement Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, our policy differs slightly from traditional stores. The goal is to protect your rights without opening the door to abuse.
Free Replacement
If an account stops working during the warranty period stated on the product page, we will immediately replace it with an equivalent account — at no extra cost.
Refund
You are entitled to a full refund within 24 hours of purchase if the account cannot be delivered or replaced. Refunds are processed through the same payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Excluded Cases
The warranty does not cover: account details changed by the buyer, violation of the original platform's terms, or public sharing of the account. In these cases, we cannot offer a replacement or refund.
